In festival and large‑group settings, I create body‑first spaces for emotional release, integration and landing back in yourself. Over more than a decade of leading Soulshine retreats with thousands of people, I’ve seen how even a single, well‑held session can shift how someone relates to their emotions, body and life.

About Soulla

Soulla is an author, trauma-informed somatic and transformational coach, and embodiment facilitator specialising in self-compassion, emotional mastery and inner freedom. For over fifteen years, she has guided thousands of people, including high-performing leaders and changemakers, through depth-led work integrating self-compassion, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems and embodied practice to support deep, lasting change.

Through her writing, 1:1 work and Soulshine Retreats, she supports people to reshape their inner relationship as the foundation for liberated living, leadership and meaningful change.

Her forthcoming book You Have Always Been Enough explores how self‑compassion, nervous‑system‑aware living and inner freedom can transform the way we lead, love and live day to day.
