What this work really addresses
This is not optimisation, performance strategy or classic executive coaching. It is depth‑oriented inner work focused on the internal infrastructure that leadership relies on.

How we work together
1:1 Coaching for Liberated Leadership is a discreet, high‑touch container for a small number of clients at a time.
• x3 60-75 minute 1:1 online sessions a month (online)
• Ongoing support between sessions so you’re not carrying the heaviest moments alone
• A pace that honours your nervous system so change can be integrated, not forced
We work directly with the nervous system and inner system shaping how you lead - integrating somatic practice, nervous system regulation and Internal Family Systems‑informed inner work in a pragmatic, non‑pathologising way.
Over time, leaders often experience
• A steadier inner state - more ease, self‑trust, kindness and resilience, less chronic tension and self‑attack
• A clearer internal signal beneath noise, pace and pressure
• Being experienced in the room as calm, steady and composed, even when stakes are high
• Decisions made from choice rather than reflex, with less second‑guessing and replaying conversations at night

About Soulla
I’m an author with HarperCollins HQ, a trauma informed somatic and transformational coach and an embodiment facilitator. For over 15 years, I’ve guided thousands of people, including high performing leaders and changemakers, through depth led inner work that supports deep, lasting change.
My approach integrates self compassion, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and embodied practice.
Through my writing, 1:1 work and Soulshine Retreats, I support people to reshape their relationship with themselves as the foundation for liberated living, leadership and meaningful change.
I work privately with a small number of individuals, supporting long term shifts in how they relate to themselves, their power and the decisions they carry.
