Each course is grounded in The Soulshine Way™️ and reflects the same depth‑led, embodied approach found across Soulla’s 1:1 work and retreats.
These offerings are intended to meet you where you are - whether as a first point of contact, or as a gentle continuation of existing work.

You Have Always Been Enough
A SELF-LED PROGRAMME TO SUPPORT YOUR BOOK JOURNEY – APRIL 2026A self-led course created to accompany the book You Have Always Been Enough and support deeper integration of its teachings. This journey brings the material to life through guided meditations, journalling, and recorded practices aligned with the seven steps of the book, offering space to slow down, reflect, and embody the work beyond the page.
As part of the book launch in April 2026, there will be a special series of live sessions with Soulla beginning in May. This one-off offering creates an opportunity for shared inquiry, guidance, and support as the work is explored in real time.

Each month, you’ll receive a new meditation to support a steadier relationship with yourself, particularly during periods of stress, transition or overwhelm.
