About the day
A day to pause, listen and come back to yourself
This is a women‑only immersive retreat day in London for those who hold a lot - in work, in life, in leadership - and rarely have space that is just for them.
Grounded in The Soulshine Way™, the day weaves together yoga, meditation, somatic practice and reflective coaching to create a clear, steady container in the middle of your week. It’s a chance to step out of noise and obligation, and come back into honest contact with yourself.
Across the day you’ll move through a carefully curated blend of yoga, meditation, embodied movement, breathwork, restorative rest, sound healing and guided reflection. The focus is on nourishing your nervous system and coming back into deep connection with your body, your inner wisdom and your capacity to listen. Rather than intensity, this is a day built around spacious support and deep rest, held within a beautiful community of like‑hearted women.

This day is for you if you’re not looking for “just a yoga class”, but a spacious, honest pause in the middle of your life – a day that brings all the depth and nourishment of a retreat into a format that fits your daily life. A day to move, to feel, to listen inwards and to be with yourself in a more compassionate way.

Your Soulshine Journey
This is your reset and we are here to support each of you on your unique journey. Exact timings may shift slightly, but a typical London Soulshine Retreat Day looks like this:
11:15 – 11:45 Opening circle, cacao & intention setting
Arrive, land and be welcomed into the space. We’ll open with gentle grounding, shared intention and ceremonial cacao to mark the day as something different from everyday life.
11:45 – 13:34 Soul Flow yoga, restorative practice, Yoga Nidra & journalling
A blend of embodied movement, restorative postures and Yoga Nidra to soften your system, followed by guided journalling to help you integrate what’s moving beneath the surface.
13:45 – 14:15 Lunch break
Time to eat, rest and connect. You’ll bring your own packed lunch; teas and light snacks are provided.
14:15 – 15:45 Movement Medicine ceremony
An embodied, music‑led journey to meet yourself through movement - a space to shake out stress, reconnect with your body and listen to what’s really there.
16:00 – 17:15 Shine Bright coaching workshop
A grounded group coaching session exploring themes like self‑compassion, boundaries, and what you need to feel more resourced in your life right now.
17:30 – 18:30 Soul‑soothing sound healing
A restorative sound journey to support deep relaxation and integration.
18:30 – 19:00 Sharing circle & closing ceremony
We’ll close the day with gentle sharing, reflection and a simple ritual to help you carry what you’ve received back into everyday life.

About Soulla
