Together we focus on transforming the relationship you live inside, so effort gives way to capacity and life begins to move with more ease, clarity and freedom. As this inner relationship shifts, it changes how you experience everything: how you meet yourself, make decisions, relate, create, lead and rest.

About Soulla

I am an author, trauma-informed somatic and transformational coach, and embodiment facilitator specialising in self-compassion, emotional mastery and inner freedom. For over fifteen years, I have guided thousands of people, including high-performing leaders and changemakers, through depth-led work integrating self-compassion, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems and embodied practice to support deep, lasting change.

Through my writing, 1:1 work and Soulshine Retreats, I support people to reshape their inner relationship as the foundation for liberated living, leadership and meaningful change.
