Across the day, we will explore the core self-compassion practices from the book through yoga, somatic work, meditation, nervous system informed rest, and guided reflection, so you do not just read the words, you experience them in your body.

This retreat is my way of saying thank you for supporting this work before it is out in the world, and of offering you the opportunity to spend a full day in live practice, teaching, and Q&A with me.

You Have Always Been Enough explores why so many of us feel like we are never quite there, even after years of working on ourselves. Rather than offering more to fix, it shows how to build a kinder, steadier relationship with yourself, creating greater ease, self-trust and inner safety.

Grounded in self-compassion, nervous system regulation and Internal Family Systems parts work, the book guides you through a seven-step journey designed to support lasting, lived change:

About Soulla

I am an author, trauma-informed somatic and transformational coach, and embodiment facilitator specialising in self-compassion, emotional mastery and inner freedom. For over fifteen years, I have guided thousands of people, including high-performing leaders and changemakers, through depth-led work integrating self-compassion, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems and embodied practice to support deep, lasting change.

Through my writing, 1:1 work and Soulshine Retreats, I support people to reshape their inner relationship as the foundation for liberated living, leadership and meaningful change.

  • All you need is a pre‑order of ‘You Have Always Been Enough’ in any format (hardback, ebook or audio), a quiet space if possible and a device with internet access. You can purchase from major retailers such as Amazon UK, Waterstones and Bookshop.org.

  • This day is open to all genders and identities. If you feel drawn to exploring self‑compassion and inner friendship, you’re welcome.

  • No - all practices are gentle and accessible. I’ll offer options so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.

  • You’re very welcome to come for the parts you can. Everyone who registers will receive access to the replay for 30 days, so you can revisit the practices in your own time.

  • All times are listed in UK time. You can join live for the parts that work for your time zone and use the 30‑day replay for anything you miss.

  • Yes. The main sessions will be recorded and shared with you for 30 days after the retreat.

  • This day is gentle, trauma‑informed and invitational. You’re always welcome to pause, rest or step away if you need to. It isn’t a replacement for 1:1 therapy or crisis support, but it can be a beautiful companion to your inner work.

  • A yoga mat is helpful but not essential - you’re welcome to practice on a rug or folded blanket. You might also like to have a journal and pen nearby, plus cushions or blankets so you can get really comfortable for the restorative parts.

  • We’ll be meeting on Zoom, so you’ll need a strong internet connection and a device with sound (laptop, tablet or phone). A camera is optional - you’re welcome to have it on or off. You’ll receive the Zoom link by email the day before the retreat.
