You Have Always Been Enough:
Your Bonus Meditations
Hi lovely one,
Welcome to your gifted guided meditations.
These meditations are a gift from me to support you as you move through You Have Always Been Enough: A Healig Guide to Self-Love and Inner Freedom.
Each one offers a different way of engaging with the work, helping you move beyond understanding and into a lived, embodied experience. You do not need to use them in any particular order. You can return to whichever feels most supportive in the moment.
Over time, these simple practices begin to shift the relationship you have with yourself. They support you in meeting your inner world with greater awareness, compassion, and steadiness.
And from that, something deeper begins to build.
A sense of inner connection.
A greater capacity to stay with yourself.
And ultimately, a more grounded and reliable sense of Self-trust.
I hope these support you in a meaningful way.
This space is here to support you as you move through You Have Always Been Enough.
These meditations are drawn from key stages of the journey in the book, helping you begin to experience the work in a practical, embodied way, not just understand it.
You can return to them at any point. There is no right way to use them, follow what feels most supportive.
I hope these practices support you, and that they bring many moments of inner friendship.
Meeting Your Fiercely Loving Inner Friend
Approximately 10 minutes
(Skip to 1 min 12 seconds for the meditation)
This practice is an invitation to begin relating to yourself in a fundamentally different way.
Rather than trying to fix, change, or improve what you feel, you are gently guided into contact with a quieter, more compassionate presence within you. What I call your fiercely loving inner friend. This is not something you need to create. It is something you begin to recognise.
You may not feel it clearly at first, and that is part of the process. Even the smallest shift, a softening, a little less judgement, a sense of being with yourself rather than against yourself, is meaningful. This meditation supports you in building that relationship, slowly and steadily, over time.
Self-Compassion Quickie
Approximately 5 minutes
(Skip to 52 seconds for the meditation)
This is a simple, structured practice you can return to in any moment of difficulty.
It follows the core steps of self-compassion, helping you move from reactivity into a more grounded, supportive way of being with yourself. You do not need to feel calm or centred to begin. The practice meets you exactly where you are.
Designed to be used in real time, this is something you can come back to again and again throughout your day. Over time, it begins to shift not just how you respond to difficult moments, but the overall relationship you have with yourself.
Nervous System Reset
Approximately 13 minutes
This is a short, practical reset for moments when your system feels overwhelmed, anxious, or overstimulated.
Using breath, sound, and gentle touch, this practice works directly with your physiology to support your body in moving out of stress and back towards a state of greater safety and ease. It is designed to be simple enough to use regularly, without needing to think or analyse.
You can return to this whenever you feel activated and need support to settle. With repetition, it helps your system learn that it can come back to steadiness, even in the midst of intensity.
